A new provider – Ezispeak – has picked up the government contract for telephone interpreting services.

Language assistance changes across government

This is the first of a number of upcoming changes to improve the availability, quality and coordination of language assistance services across the public sector. 

This work is being progressed under the cross-government Language Assistance Services Programme co-led by the Ministry for Business, Innovation and Employment and Department of Internal Affairs.
