Insights Analyst

Strategic Engagement and Stakeholder Insights

Are you a skilled analyst who enjoys turning data into meaningful insights and helping organisations make focused decisions? Do you have a passion for understanding communities, identifying trends, and supporting evidence based decision making? If so, we would love to hear from you.

This role plays a pivotal part in transforming community intelligence and stakeholder data into actionable insights that help shape priorities, guide initiatives, and improve outcomes for Ethnic Communities across Aotearoa New Zealand. You will be responsible for stewardship of the Customer Relationship Management system and associated data assets, ensuring data integrity and strategic value. You will analyse qualitative and quantitative information to identify patterns, emerging trends, and opportunities, translating findings into clear recommendations that support both operational and strategic decision-making.

Location: Wellington or Auckland
