Director National Operations
We are seeking an exceptional senior leader to steer our Community Engagement function. You will be leading our Engagement Specialist team and shape a nationally coordinated, proactive engagement programme that drives how we engage with, listen to and partner with our richly diverse ethnic communities.
As the Director you will: Set the strategic agenda, turn community voice into clear actionable insights, provide strategic, timely advice, lead and grow a high-performing team, build trusted relationships across communities and lead the Ministry’s response during significant events.
