Come work with us! Ministerial Advisor. We are seeking an experienced  Ministerial Advisor for a 10-month fixed term position,  or secondment. The purpose of the Advisor role is to develop  and produce high quality responses to a range of Ministerial products  including Correspondence, Parliamentary Questions and Official Information Act requests. It also forms a critical conduit role between the Ministry and the Minister's Office, co-ordinating and managing the flow of information between the two. Ministerial Advisor

Senior HR Advisor

This role will be responsible for progressing and delivering some key components of the people work programme over the next 6 months.

As well as providing general HR advice, the Senior HR Advisor will oversee recruitment, onboarding and performance management processes across the Ministry. They will also lead a review and update of our people focused policy and processes to ensure efficiency, compliance and continuous improvement.
