NZLanka Media Trust

NZLanka Media Trust (NZLMT) is a registered charitable organization in New Zealand dedicated to serving the Sri Lankan community through nonprofit media, multilingual news, and cultural initiatives. We operate a comprehensive multimedia platform including digital content, podcasts, video news channels, and social media engagement. Our mission is to provide timely and accurate information, foster cultural preservation, and enhance community engagement.

As part of our initiatives, NZLMT operates NZLankaNews™, a community news platform delivering multilingual news and cultural updates. Both nzlmt.org.nz and nzlankanews.co.nz are owned and managed by NZLMT, ensuring transparency and accountability.

In addition, we support other nonprofit organizations by offering media-related services such as website design, marketing, SEO, and email / social media management.

Our vision is to create a connected, informed, and vibrant Sri Lankan community in New Zealand while preserving cultural heritage and strengthening social ties.
