Bulwagan Foundation Trust

The Bulwagan Foundation Trust is a civic and cultural trust rooted in the Filipino Community of Aotearoa. Established to steward the legacy of the Filipino Community Centre in Wellington. The Foundation upholds values of dignity, unit and service, bridging generations through inclusive leadership and collaborative engagement.
