Greeting

Getting vaccinated for COVID-19 is the best way to keep ourselves, our families and our communities safe.

That is why it is important we all get vaccinated.

The Covid Vaccine is free for everyone in New Zealand. It does not matter if you are a citizen, applying for a visa or simply visiting – you can get the vaccine.

You do not need to be registered with the health system, or have a GP/regular doctor – you can get the vaccine.

New Zealand is using the Pfizer vaccine. It has been approved by Medsafe New Zealand for everyone aged 12 and over.

The Pfizer vaccine is Halal, Kosher, and contains no animal matter.

Getting vaccinated is easy.

From 1 September, anyone aged 12 and over can get the vaccine.

You can book a vaccination appointment at www.bookmyvaccine.covid19.health.nz(external link) or you can call 0800 28 29 26 to book. This phone line has interpreters available.

More information is available at www.covid19.govt.nz(external link)

Please get vaccinated and help keep everyone safe.
