Please email your completed application form along with evidence of the organisation's bank account. Such as a deposit slip showing the organisations name and account number to vaccinefund@ethniccommunities.govt.nz.

Funded activities must be completed within 2 months of the application being approved.

Who can apply

The fund is available to community groups, organisations and individuals. Applicants will need a bank account.

How applications will be prioritised

We want to help every community get vaccinated.

Priority will be given to smaller communities and communities where vaccine uptake is lower. This helps ensure funding is targeted to where support is most needed.

To help directly increase vaccination, priority will also be given to events where people can get vaccinated.

Application deadlines

Getting the country vaccinated by 24 December is a key priority. Applications for projects happening before this date need to be submitted by 3 December. This will ensure we can get funding to applicants in time for them to deliver their work.

Applications received after 3 December will be processed from 10 January.
